Step 1: Sign Up for ourGovernance
The first step to enrolling into the ourGOVERNANCE program is to create an account at https://thirdsector.co.za/ by clicking on the Sign Up for ourGOVERNANCE tab under the ourGOVERNANCE menu drop down.
On the sign up page you will be prompted to enter your personal information as well as a username and password which will be used to access your account and courses.
Step 2: Registration & Enrollment
After you have signed up, you will be taken to a more detailed registration form. This information helps us get to know you and your organisation a little better. It also provides us with the information we need to provide you with an invoice.
Once you have submitted the form, you will be taken to the enrollment page.
Should you require an invoice for your company to pay for your enrollment, you can log out at this stage. You will receive an email with your invoice. Once payment has been made, please forward proof of payment. As soon as we receive this, we will add the course to your profile, notify you that it has been done and then you can log in as per step 3.
If you are paying with a card, then you can select which program you wish to enroll for and apply any discount codes you may have.
Once you have completed this, click on the Payfast button to complete your subscription.
Please note: Even if you have used a discount code and your balance due is 0.00 the Payfast button still needs to be clicked in order to complete the subscription process.
Once payment has been received, you will go to the confirmation page and then land on your course profile page where you can begin your course.

Step 4: Accessing your Courses
Once you have completed the sign up and enrollment process, you will be able to access your courses from your profile page. Or, you can log in as per step 3 and you will be taken to your profile page.
This lists all of your enrolled courses, and it is where you will be able to resume your progress.
Once you are comfortable that you are ready to conduct the test, you left click on the grey “South Africa Module 1 Test” tab as shown below:
Once you have successfully completed the module, you will receive a confirmation of your submission and your score for that module. Once you have completed all four modules and have scored an aggregate of 80% or above you will recieve a certificate of completion. a sample of which is shown below:
