I believe we all need to learn the importance of how the sector operates and more specially all the inns and outs of how t run a successful NPC. this course taught me a lot about the major topics aligned with my daily work in the sector and beyond.

The information was valuable. I would have loved to see more video type content along with case studies. I would have liked a content section to download the study guide to make notes.
Good guidance on the practices required by governing body members
I enjoyed working through the content. It would have been nice to have more case studies and work through examples of the content
Succeeds in conveying the real world commitment & duties that are required to be an effective member of a governing body. An introductory video to each main module would be a great to engage and direct expectation.
