for myself it was so good to have a concise, thorough overview of what a NPO, a governing body is, responsibilities, and accountabilities are. it was largely common sense and set out in simple terms to easily understand a rather dry and legal subject.
all the important aspects were there, and references can be further studied… eg relevant Acts and the Kings Code.
