I liked the focus on NPO governance. Other courses I have attended had a far greater emphasis on the SA for-profit sector.
As an introductory course this course “hit the nail on the head”
I would have preferred a bit more detail on certain issues, but I am also well aware, that this is a bit much of an ask for an introductory course.
One can always read more in the various documents mentioned.
