Content is well set out and a great overview of a complex topic that requires a deep knowledge and understanding of
legal and statutory requirements that apply to the work of governing body members. I would’ve liked to see more links to the references, where further study can be done. There are also a few spelling and grammar errors; and no reference to the Companies Amendment Act, 2011.
