I thoroughly enjoyed the course content; it was most informative and confirmed some questions I had; recommended for all governing body members, even those who have served for many years – there is always something new to learn; this is not just a guideline to read, but gives clear instruction of what every governing body should strive for (best practice) and failure to do so would be negligent.
